Model381オンエアーベルトパックは、オーディオリソースの組み合わせを提供して、完全な放送「スタンドアップ」オンエアポジションをサポートします。 DanteRオーディオ・オーバー・イーサネット技術を使用しており、ユニットはコンパクト、ポータブルパッケージで、メインとトークバック出力チャネル、タレントキュー（IFB）入力、およびサイドトーン、ならびに ユーザーコントロールを提供します。
Model381は、Dante Domain Manager ＝iDDM）、AES67に準拠しているため、リモートプロダクション等のシステムに直接統合することができます。
