Model 5402 Dante Leader Clock with GNSS Synchronizationは、Dante audio-over-IP（AoIP）メディアネットワーキング技術を利用したアプリケーションに正確なタイミング信号を提供します。Danteの要件に対応した高性能なIEEE® 1588 PTPサーバを実装しており、最大数百台のDante対応機器のタイミングニーズを同時にサポートすることが可能です。
Model 5402は、Danteが要求するPTPv1（IEEE 1588-2002）に対応しています。さらに、AES67アプリケーションのためのPTPv2（IEEE 1588-2008）にも対応しています。GNSS（衛星）レシーバーを内蔵し、4つの主要なコンステレーションから正確なタイミングリファレンスを取得することが可能です。GPS、Galileo、BeiDou、GLONASSの4つの主要なコンステレーションから正確なタイミングリファレンスを取得することができます。
なお、Model 5402には、マルチバンドGNSSアンテナが付属しています。
