    最先端の方法論による、大編成のチェロ＆ダブルベースを完全再現

    製品概要『VIENNA ORCHESTRAL STRINGS II』 のチェロやダブルベース・アンサンブルには、当然 『VIENNA ORCHESTRAL STRINGS I』 と対応するように、ほぼ同じアーティキュレーションが収録されています。そしてここでもまた、VSLプロ・エディションにはない数多くの新しい奏法の追加が見られます。例えば、レガートの高速インターバル・パフォーマンス、マルカートやスピッカート奏法、パフォーマンス・トリル、リピティション・パフォーマンスの"Harsh（荒々しく）"、スピッカート、ピッチカート、そしてアーティフィシャル・ハーモニクスや様々なポンティチェッロのアーティキュレーション（ブリッジのそばで弾く奏法）など。更に、各アンサンブルの音域が拡大されており、チェロのスタッカートやサステインのサウンドは最大で A5 まで、ダブルベースは G4 まで使うことができます。この2つのストリング・セクションを統括するのはアルゼンチン出身で"ウィーン・バッハ・コンソート" の創設者・Ruben Dubrovsky氏、そして国際的に活躍するソロベーシストにして室内楽アンサンブル"アンサンブル・プラス"の創設メンバーであるMartin Deuring氏です。
